Public Meeting - FY2027-2030 Transportation Improvement Program In compliance with the Mississippi Gulf Coast Metropolitan Planning Organization's (MPO) Public Participation Plan, the Gulf Regional Planning Commission is seeking the public's input on the proposed FY 2027-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). A public meeting will be held on July 21, 2026 from 4 to 6 pm at the Gulfport Transit Center located at 1401 20th Ave, Gulfport, MS. The TIP is a document that provides a list of projects to be initiated within a four-year period. The TIP only includes projects for which funding has been identified or anticipated.
