PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT The Jackson County Road Department has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is proposing to improve drainage by replacing existing culverts with larger culverts and removing built up sediment and debris from a stream running from Highway 609 beneath Pine Road and Ridge Road to the golf green at Gulf Hills in Ocean Springs, Jackson County, MS.
