You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Sharon Mallett Kenna, Plaintiff, in her Complaint to Confirm Title and Remove Clouds on Title and Quiet Title filed against the following real property located in Jackson County, Mississippi.
All of Tract 136, Block 3, of Suburban Acres Subdivision, as per Plat Book 1, Page 56 located in Section 1, Township 7 South, Range 9 West, Jackson County, Mississippi, on file in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi. Being the same property as originally conveyed to Rufus S. Mallet, by Warranty Deed dated August 27, 1951, recorded in Deed Book 134, Page 393, Land Deed Records of Jackson County, Mississippi.
Less and Except: That certain tract of land conveyed to Jackson County, Mississippi by Warranty Deed dated May 20, 2016, recorded in Deed Book 1817, Page 583, Land Deed Records of Jackson County, Mississippi. Parcel No. 07160215.000
AND
That certain part of Tract 136, Block 3, Suburban Acres Subdivision, Jackson County, Mississippi as per Plat Book 1, Page 56, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly margin of Seaman Road and the North line of said tract 136; thence run West 241.5 feet to a point; thence run South 204.7 feet to a post; thence run South 88 degrees 49 minutes 43 seconds East for 170.37 feet to a post on the Westerly margin of Seaman Road; thence run North 18 degrees 52 minutes 11 seconds East along the said Westerly margin for 220.04 feet to the Point of Beginning, together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon.
Being the same property as conveyed in Deed Book 1504, Pages 586-588, dated August 21, 2007, Land Deed Records of Jackson County, Mississippi. Parcel No. 07160215.010.

IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT TO CONFIRM TITLE AND REMOVE CLOUDS ON TITLE AND QUIET TITLE.
