CITY OF GAUTIER ORDINANCE NUMBER 289-2026 ADOPTED June 16, 2026 An ordinance of the City of Gautier, Mississippi, relating to the rezoning of property identified as Jackson County Parcel Identification Numbers 85432004.000 and 85432005.000, located at 7305 Martin Bluff Road, from split zoning C-2 Community Commercial and R-1 Low Density Single-Family Residential to C-2 Community Commercial. The Gautier City Council held a public meeting on June 16, 2026, to approve the rezoning of the above-described property. The authority for enactment of this ordinance is contained in Mississippi Code Annotated Section 17-1-1, et seq. SECTION 5. ZONING MAP AMENDMENT The Official Zoning Map of the City of Gautier is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of Jackson County Parcel Identification Numbers 85432004.000 and 85432005.000, located at 7305 Martin Bluff Road, from split zoning C-2 Community Commercial and R-1 Low Density Single-Family Residential to C-2 Community Commercial.
