CROSBY PARKER, DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI; AND ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES HAVING OR CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS COMPLAINT IDENTIFIED AS HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TAX PARCEL NO. 0306B-01-005.002 DEFENDANTS SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO: ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES IN AND TO THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS COMPLAINT IDENTIFIED AS HARRISON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI TAX PARCEL NO. 0306B-01-005.002 NOTICE TO DEFENDANT You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Kathleen Rivera, seeking confirmation of title in certain real property located in Harrison County, Mississippi, commonly described as Harrison County Tax Parcel No. 0306B-01-005.002, and being more particularly described as: Parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 13, Township 6 South, Range 13 West, Harrison County, Mississippi, being described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 13 Township 6 South Range 13 West Harrison County, Mississippi, thence: N 89 degrees 46' 25" W for 240.00 feet to an iron rod and the point of beginning; thence: S 0 degrees 33' 35" W for 50.00 feet to an iron rod; thence: S 84 degrees 10' 00" W for 276.90 feet to an iron rod at the easterly margin of Moran Rd; thence: N 7 degrees 43'36" W for 80.00 feet along said margin to an iron rod; thence: S 89 degrees 46' 25" E for 286.71 feet to the point of beginning said parcel containing 18238 Square feet, more or less. Being also described as follows: Beginning 240 feet West of Northeast corner of SE 1/4 of NW 1/4, South 50 feet, Southwesterly 285 feet, more or less, to East right-of-way of Moran Road, North 80 feet, East 290 feet to the point of beginning in SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 13-6-13. You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to Jordan R. Mathews, the attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 2137 E. Pass Road, Gulfport, Mississippi 39507. The other Defendants in this action are Vic Porter; Raymond Alan Sumrall; E.J. Williams, Jr.; Windy Hills Land Development, Inc.; State of Mississippi; Michael Watson as Secretary of State of Mississippi; Harrison County, Mississippi; and, W. Crosby Parker, District Attorney of Harrison County, Mississippi. Your response must be mailed or delivered not later than thirty (30) days after the 28th day of June, 2026, which is the date of the first publication of the Summons. If your response is not so mailed or delivered, a judgment by default will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint.
