Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 27 of the First Addition to Sherwood Subdivision and thence run East along the South line of Lot 27 a distance of 150.94 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 27; thence run in a Southerly direction along the West margin of Robinway Drive, a distance of 50.58 feet, thence run South 00 degrees 57 minutes West and parallel to the South line of Lot 27 a distance of 150.94 feet to a point; thence run in a Northerly direction and parallel with the West Right-of-Way line of Robinway Street a distance of 50.58 feet back to the point of beginning, which point is the Southwest corner of Lot 27 of the First Addition to Sherwood Subdivision.

Goldsmith, Plaintiff, seeking to have title to the above-described property confirmed and quieted in the name of the Plaintiff. Other Defendants of this action include Jackson County, Mississippi, Lynn Fitch, in her capacity as Attorney General for the State of Mississippi, and Angel Myers McIlrath, in her capacity as District Attorney for Jackson County, Mississippi.
