REQUEST FOR ADVERTISING AND MARKETING SUPPORT GULFPORT-BILOXI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority is soliciting proposals for advertising and marketing support for Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport. Submissions must contain information outlined in the "Request for Qualifications" which may be obtained by contacting marketing@flygpt.com or visiting the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority, 14035-L Airport Road, Gulfport, MS 39503. Sealed proposals will be received by the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority at the office of the Executive Director until July 23, 2026 at 2 p.m. for advertising and marketing support, subject to the conditions of this Request for Qualifications. Four (4) copies of each submittal must be included in a sealed envelope with the following statement clearly marked on the outside, "Sealed Qualifications to be opened July 23, 2026 for Advertising and Marketing Support," and must be submitted to the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority office located at 14035-L Airport Road, Gulfport, MS 39503. The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority may consider all proposals which it finds substantially conforming to these instructions. The Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority may consider as non-conforming any proposal not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of these instructions, and may waive any non-conformance, or reject any and all proposals. Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to the opening of proposals, or authorized postponement thereof.
