CSX Moveable Bridges - Remote Operations Test Deviation The U.S. Coast Guard has issued a temporary deviation from the operating regulation that governs the CSX Drawbridges as listed below. CSX is requesting to remotely operate the drawbridges from their train yard in Mobile, Alabama. This deviation will test a change to the drawbridge operation schedule to determine whether a permanent change to the schedule is needed. The Coast Guard is seeking comments from the public regarding this deviation. This deviation is effective from 7 a.m. on June 22, 2026, through 7 a.m. on September 14, 2026. During the test deviation, neither the operating hours nor the means to request an opening will change.
