NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, on January 24, 2025, Wesley Martin executed a Promissory Note payable to the order of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), as beneficiary, as nominee for AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC, its successors and assigns. WHEREAS, the aforesaid Promissory Note was secured by a Deed of Trust dated January 24, 2025, executed by Wesley Martin and recorded in Book 4125, at Page 849 - and as Instrument No 202501438 - of the records of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; and which aforesaid Instrument conveys to Real Advantage Title Insurance Company, Trustee and to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), as mortgagee, as nominee for AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC, its successors and assigns, as Beneficiary, the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
