SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE File: MS22283 WHEREAS, on June 28, 2019, Joshua D. Hembree and Carolyn N Klein, husband and wife executed a certain Deed of Trust to Cynthia Porterfield, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Gulf South Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi, on July 1, 2019, as Document Number 2019 5515 T-J1 and modified pursuant to the Modification recorded on May 13, 2022, as Document Number 2022-0011362-T-J1,.
