You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Tomeka Lashanza Smith, seeking to establish the legal heirs of Antoinette Wynn, deceased. The Defendants other than you in this action are others.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 o'clock a.m. on the 4th day of August 2026, before the Honorable Judge Jennifer Scholoegel in the courtroom of the Stone County Chancery Courthouse located at 323 East Cavers Avenue, Wiggins, Mississippi 39577, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement will be entered against you for money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
