SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE File: MS23292 WHEREAS, on March 28, 2019, Chelsie Bailey, a married woman and Robert Gormly-Breinin executed a certain Deed of Trust to Solidifi Title & Closing, LLC., Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as nominee for JG Wentworth Home Lending, LLC, its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi, on April 4, 2019, in Book 3575, Page 291-302, as Document Number 201907278. WHEREAS, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, the current holder and/or assignee, substituted Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C. as Trustee by instrument recorded in the Chancery Clerk's Office on May 20, 2026 in Book 4246, in Page 380-381, as Document Number 202610020; and WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee in said deed of trust, will on July 31, 2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the west front door of the Jackson County Courthouse in Pascagoula, Jackson County, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Jackson County, Mississippi, to wit: Lot 20, Block 1 of the resurvey of Blocks 1 and 4 of Eastlawn Subdivision, Tract E, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 9, record of plats on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi. More commonly known as: 2202 Paul Harvey Ave, Pascagoula, MS 39567 I will convey only such title as vested in me as Substituted Trustee.
