SUMMONS IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI TLGFY, LLC PLAINTIFF v. CAUSE NO.: 26-0438 AEC JOSE CARLOS TORRES, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JOSE CARLOS TORRES, SYLVIA TORRES, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF SYVLIA TORRES, JOSH ELDRIDGE, CLERK OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVIORS OF JACKSON COUNTY, MS, LYNN FITCH IN HER CAPACITY AS ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, ANGEL MEYERS MCILRATH, IN HER CAPACITY AS DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AND ANYONE CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN DEFENDANTS SUMMONS STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO: Jose Carlos Torres, the unknown heirs at law of Jose Carlos Torres, Sylvia Torres, the unknown heirs at law of Sylvia Torres and any and all individuals or legal entities, firms and corporations who or which may have or claim any legal or equitable interest in the real property described herein. NOTICE TO DEFENDANT You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by TLGFY, LLC, Plaintiff, seeking to confirm and quiet title in Plaintiff's name to that property described as: 8512 Highway 613, Moss Point, Mississippi 39562; Parcel #: 01801290.000 PPIN: 010083. Which also has a legal description of: Beginning at a steel stake on the East side of the River Paved Road on the line between Section 36, Township 6 South, Range 6 West, and Section 1, Township 7 South, Range 6 West, which point if 340.9 feet from the common corner to Section 35 and 36, Township 6 South, Range 6 West and Sections 1 and 2, Township 7 South, Range 6 West; thence South 15 degrees 30 minutes East along the right-of-way of said River Paved Road 2520 feet to the Southwest corner of the Baker property for a place of beginning; and from the said place of beginning, running thence East 300 feet; thence south 15 degrees 30 minutes East 100 feet; thence West 300 feet to the right-of-way of said River Paved Road; thence North on the Eastern Margin of said road 100 feet to the place of beginning. Less and except one-half of all oil, gas and other minerals in, on or under said land as reserved by E.L. Ferguson and Inez Ferguson in that Deed dated September 28, 1949 and recorded in Book 110, Page 97 of the Records of Deeds of Jackson County, Mississippi. Defendants other than you in this action are Lynn Fitch, in her capacity as Attorney General of the State of Mississippi, Jackson County, Mississippi and Angel Meyers McIlrath, in her capacity as District Attorney for Jackson County Mississippi. You are required to mail or hand deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to Joel L. Blackledge, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose post office address is Post Office Box 8155, Gulfport, MS 39506, and whose street address is 250 Beauvoir Road, Suite 5A., Biloxi, Mississippi 39531. YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE 10TH DAY OF JUNE, 2026, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
