Williams, by Deed of Record in Book 273, on Page 362 of the records of Deeds, from said point North 250 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of land herein conveyed; continuing thence North a distance of 209 feet, running thence West a distance of 209 feet, thence South a distance of 209 feet, and thence running East a distance of 209 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing one acre more or less; less any part thereof embraced in the Holleman Road along the East of said land.
