SPECIAL COMMISSIONER'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on March 31, 2017, Sophia M Henriet, an unmarried woman, executed a Deed of Trust to Laurel A. Meyer, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as Nominee for Gulf South Mortgage, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 3430 at Page 1 and Modified in Book 3900 at Page 734, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Jackson, State of Mississippi; and WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to M&T Bank, by Assignment recorded August 17, 2021 in Book 3822 at Page 598 in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk.
