Publication Summary Ordinance 2026-003 Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, adopted Ordinance No. 2026-003 on May 19, 2026, adopting the 2024 Edition of the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, including certain local amendments, revisions, deletions, and additions applicable within the City of Ocean Springs. The ordinance regulates construction standards, permitting requirements, inspections, and related residential building regulations and repeals Ordinance No. 2018-24 and all conflicting ordinances.
