PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTANCY CERTIFICATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT Oak Capital, LLC has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is requesting to fill 54.35 acres of non-tidal wetlands for a residential subdivision consisting of 350 single family lots. 5.37 acres of the impacted wetlands will be converted into ponds and conservation areas off Old CCC Camp Road in Ocean Springs, Jackson County, MS.
