Notice of Proposed Bank Merger Notice is hereby given that Hancock Whitney Bank, Gulfport, Mississippi, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the "FDIC") and the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance, pursuant to which Hancock Whitney Bank will merge with One Florida Bank, Orlando, Florida, with Hancock Whitney Bank surviving the merger. At this time, it is contemplated that all current Hancock Whitney Bank and One Florida Bank branch facilities will continue to operate immediately after the merger. Hancock Whitney Bank will consummate any later branch closures or consolidations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This notice is published pursuant to Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
