THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: The Unknown Heirs-at-Law of David L. Hilton, Deceased, and/or any and all other persons claiming any right, title, or interest in and to the Estate of David L. Hilton, Deceased, whose post office addresses and street addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made Defendants in the Petition for Probate of the Will of David L. Hilton in Solemn Form filed in this Court by Rose P. Hilton seeking to probate such Will as more fully set out in the Petition filed herein.
You are summoned to appear against said Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th day of June, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom on the Second Floor of the Hancock County Courthouse located at 152 Main Street, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi 39520, to determine if any of the Defendants, heirs and/or interested parties desire to contest the Will of David L. Hilton. At such time, the Defendants named in the Petition for Probate of the Will of David L. Hilton in Solemn Form will be required to announce their intention as to whether they will contest or support such Will.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire. If you choose to file an answer or other pleading, you must forward a copy to the attorney for the Petitioner, Leanne Seicshnaydre, at 1621 19th Avenue, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501 or at laseicshnaydre@yahoo.com.
If you fail to appear, the matter will be heard and determined in your absence, and a judgment may be entered accordingly.
