STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on the 16th day of March, 2025, William Bradford Brewer and Jaclyn Elizabeth Brewer, (the "Borrowers") executed that certain Deed of Trust in favor of R. Mark Alexander, Jr., Esq., Trustee, for the benefit of Landmark Contracting Inc., Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, as Instrument 2025-0004866-T-J1 (the "Deed of Trust"); and WHEREAS, the above described Deed of Trust is subordinate to that certain Deed of Trust in favor of LendSure Mortgage Corp. (the "LendSure Deed of Trust"), recorded in in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk on August 7, 2024 as Instrument 2024-0015089-T-J1, covering the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS default having been made in the performance of the terms and conditions set forth by said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, the Beneficiary having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property therein described in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale. This property is to be sold subject to the LendSure Deed of Trust referenced above and recorded as Instrument 2024-0015089-T-J1, in the records of the above said Chancery Clerk's office, and the underlying indebtedness secured thereby.
