SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS JACKSON COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY General Notice: The Jackson County Port Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: ROOF COATING ON WAREHOUSE D-1 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Jackson County Port Authority located at 3033 Pascagoula Street, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567, until Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time and will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Applying a weatherproof roof coating and the replacement of approximately 11 deteriorated eave struts (264 linear feet) on the east wall of the warehouse. The roof area to be coated is approximately 62,500 square feet. The coating system will include proper cleaning of the existing roof, filling any small holes with a compatible sealant, and the application of seam sealant before applying the coating. The roof coating will be required to have a minimum of a 10-year warranty against future leaks.
