SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on March 3, 2000, Ernest D. Douglas and wife, Vacy D. Douglas, executed a Land Deed of Trust to John H. Rice, Trustee for the benefit of Earl C. Whittemore, Jr., and wife, Eileen S. Whittemore, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 2075 at Page 464, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, on October 6, 2006, Earl C. Whittemore, Jr., and wife, Eileen S. Whittemore, substituted Robert T. Schwartz of Biloxi, Mississippi, in the place and stead of the said John H. Rice, named as Trustee in the above described Deed of Trust, which substitution of trustee is recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk as Instrument # 2006 20754T-J1; and WHEREAS, Ernest D. Douglas, the owner of the subject property died and the property was conveyed by various deeds to Vacy Douglas (5/8th), Ernest Dwayne Douglas, Jr. (1/8th), Tenequa Douglas (1/8th) and Tre'Von Douglas (1/8th), which conveyances were subject to the Deed of Trust described herein which is a paramount lien of record; and WHEREAS, EARL C. WHITTEMORE, JR., died on November 6, 2017, and his estate was probated in the Chancery Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, as Cause # 18-2868(2); and WHEREAS, EILEEN S. WHITTEMORE, received all of the assets of EARL C. WHITTEMORE, JR., including his interest in the Note and Deed of Trust by virtue of that certain Order Waiving First and Final Accounting For Distribution of Assets and Discharge of Executrix filed on May 20, 2020[#37]; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby, having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holders of said indebtedness, Eileen S. Whittemore, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERT T. SCHWARTZ, Substituted Trustee in said Deed of Trust, will on the 8th day of June, 2026, offer for sale and will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, within the legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the east front door of the County Courthouse at Gulfport, Mississippi, County of Harrison, First Judicial District, State of Mississippi, the following described property situated and lying in the County of Harrison, First Judicial District, State of Mississippi, to-wit: Lot 200, Phase 4, LOREN D. HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the official map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District, Harrison County, Mississippi. I WILL CONVEY only such title as is vested in me as Substituted Trustee. WITNESS MY SIGNATURE, this May 15, 2026. ROBERT T.
