TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS on June 13, 2022, Brandy Taylor executed a Land Deed of Trust to Patrick A. Sheehan, as Trustee for the benefit of ROBERT M. DALEY and JEREMIA R. DALEY, which deed of trust is recorded at Instrument No. 2022-0016107-T-J1 et. seq., in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Harrison, First Judicial District, State of Mississippi; and: WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having become due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust; and the legal holder of said indebtedness, ROBERT M. DALEY and JEREMIA R. DALEY, having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, Trustee's fees and expense of sale; NOW THEREFORE, I, Patrick A. Sheehan, Trustee in said Deed of Trust, will on the 10th day of June, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder, and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the East front door of the Harrison County Courthouse, First Judicial District at Gulfport, Mississippi, County of Harrison, State of Mississippi, the following described property situated in the County of Harrison, First Judicial District, State of Mississippi, to-wit: Tax Parcel No. 0602H-01-009.000; BEG AT SW COR OF NE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 RUN N 00 DG 30 MN W 213.5 FT N 46 DG 39 MN E 477 FT TO S MAR OF 3RD ST SELY ALONG RD MAR 72 FT S 35 DGS W 276.2 FT N 53 DGS W 118 TO POB BEING PART OF NE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SEC 1-5-12; Also described as: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 run North 00 degrees 30 minutes West 213.5 ft., run North 46 degrees 39 minutes East 477 ft. to the Point of Beginning, thence continue North 46 degrees 39 minutes East 280 feet, more or less, to the South margin of 3rd Street, thence run Southeasterly along the road Margin 72 ft., thence run South 35 degrees West 276.2 ft., thence run North 53 degrees West 118 ft. to the Point of Beginning; being part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 5, Range 12, Harrison County, Mississippi.
