You have been made Defendants in the proceedings filed in this Court by Petitioner for the benefit of all of the Heirs-at-Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Jonathan Jenkins, Deceased, seeking to establish the Heirs-at-Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Jonathan Jenkins, Deceased, who died on or about May 29, 2024.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 18th day of June, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Honorable Mark A. Maples, at the Jackson County Courthouse, in Pascagoula, Mississippi, then and there to determine the Heirs-at-Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Jonathan Jenkins, Deceased, and further to do and suffer such things as shall be considered and ordered by the Court in the premises. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered for the relief requested.
You are not required to file an Answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
To be published in the Sun Herald three consecutive weeks prior to the hearing date.
