"This Ordinance amends the City's Code of Ordinances and Official Zoning Map by rezoning certain property generally described as being located North of Demaret Drive, South of East Pass Road, East of Red Oak Drive, and West of an adjacent to Oakleigh Avenue, should be rezoned from its present classification of B-2 (General Business Districts) to R2 (Single-Family Residence District), as more fully set forth in the Ordinance.
