PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT Lighthouse Marina has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is proposing to place 800 square feet of floating piers to make a total of 3,446 square feet in pile-supported structures within Lighthouse Marina at 4100 Clark Street on Pascagoula River, Pascagoula, Jackson County, MS.
