NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated October 28, 2008, executed by ROSIE MAE JARRELL and WILLIAM R. JARRELL conveying certain real property therein described to SEASIDE TITLE CO., LLC, as Trustee, for GENERATION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi filed and recorded November 26, 2008, in Book 2763, Page 884-893; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to GITSIT Solutions, LLC, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of GV Trust 2026-1; and
WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee shall, on June 10, 2026 within the lawful hours of sale between 11:00AM and 4:00PM at the main front door of the Circuit Court Building, City of Pascagoula, Jackson County, MS proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds ONLY, the following described property situated in Jackson County, Mississippi, to wit:

A RIGHT TO A 30 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR A ROAD DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 3 IN DEED BOOK 1208, PAGE 766 AND RUN EAST A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET TO THE WEST MARGIN OF A BLACKTOP ROAD; THENCE RUN IN A SOUTHEAST DIRECTION ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID ROAD A DISTANCE OF 35 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST A DISTANCE OF 130 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID PARCEL 3; THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID EAST LINE OF PARCEL 3 A DISTANCE OF 30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: The street address of the property is believed to be 13709 WOLF RIDGE RD, MOSS POINT, MS 39562. In the event of any discrepancy between this street address and the legal description of the property, the legal description shall control.
Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee. The sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code (2) to final confirmation and audit of the status of the loan with the holder of the Security Deed, and (3) purchaser's tendering to Rubin Lublin, LLC, anti-money laundering information as required pursuant to the FinCEN Real Estate Report Rule. Failure to provide information, could result in rescission of the sale.
