NOTICE OF BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE CITY OF GULFPORT The City of Gulfport is required by state statute to publish notice of a budget amendment that exceeds ten percent of a department's originally adopted budget. On April 21, 2026 the Gulfport City Council unanimously adopted two budget amendments to increase the Police Department's Capital Outlay item in the amount totaling $13,286.00. These budget amendments were needed to transfer proceeds from the sale of assets during FY26, attained through Federal and State Seizure Awards.
