NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION IN WARD 2 OF THE CITY OF GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI Notice is hereby given to the qualified electors of the City of Gulfport, Mississippi, that a special election shall be held in Ward 2 of the City of Gulfport, on the 9th day of June 2026, to elect a person to fill an unexpired term on the Gulfport City Council in Ward 2. Said election will be held at the usual voting places in all precincts of Ward 2 of the City of Gulfport. Said polling places will be open from the hour of seven o'clock a.m. until the hour of seven o'clock p.m. on said day. All qualified electors may vote at said election. Said special election will be held pursuant to an Order of the City Council, adopted on the 27th day of April 2026, ordering a special election for election of a person to complete the unexpired term on the Gulfport City Council for Ward 2.
