Beach Blvd., Pass Christian, MS 39571, tax parcel number 0512N-01-007.000.

THE COMPLAINT OR PETITION WHICH IS REFERRED TO BY THIS SUMMONS
IS IMPORTANT AND YOU MUST TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT
YOUR RIGHTS.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition at 9:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2026, in the courtroom of the Chancery Court of Hancock County, Mississippi, located at 152 Main Street, Bay St. Louis MS 39520 before the Honorable Carter Bise and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you
desire.
