SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE File: MS23281 WHEREAS, on May 7, 2021, Raymond Harold Parker JR executed a certain Deed of Trust to WFG National Title Insurance Company, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Beneficiary, as nominee for LoanDepot.com, LLC, its successors and assigns which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi, on May 17, 2021,, as Document Number 2021-6271-T-J1.
