CITY OF GAUTIER ORDINANCE NUMBER 287-2026 ADOPTED February 17, 2026 An ordinance of the City of Gautier, Mississippi, regarding the rezoning of certain property (PID #82435150.000, #82435240.001, and the west 4.74 +/- acres of PID #82435240.040) located at 2700 and 2710 Old Spanish Trail from TCMU Town Center Mixed Use to I Industrial was approved on April 21, 2026. The Gautier City Council held a public meeting on April 21, 2026, to adopt the rezoning of certain property, located at 2700 and 2710 Old Spanish Trail, from TCMU Town Center Mixed Use to I Industrial (PID #82435150.000, #82435240.001, and the west 4.74 +/- acres of PID #82435240.040). The City Council finds that the property should be zoned to I Industrial, as more fully defined in the application, based on clear and convincing evidence that the character of the surrounding area has changed to such an extent as to justify rezoning.
