Trustess's Notice of Sale STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON 1ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on the 27th day of June, 2023, JANETH TEHUINTLE and JOSE TEHUINTLE executed a Land Deed of Trust to Jeffrey L. Hall, Trustee for the benefit of H L & C – HARRISON, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed Trust Book as instrument number 2023-0021686-T-J1, 4 pages recorded, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, 1St Judicial District, State of Mississippi. WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and H L & C –HARRISON, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 28th day of May, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 A.M. o'clock and 4:00 P.M. o'clock, at the front door steps of the Harrison County Chancery Court, 1st Judicial District, at 1801 23rd Avenue in Gulfport, Mississippi 39501, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Harrison County, 1st Judicial District, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot Twenty Four (24), Phase One (1), WEST MAGNOLIA HEIGHTS, PHASE ONE (I), a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, in Plat Book 44 at Page 1 thereof, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description. And also: a security interest into: (1) 2004 Riverbirch Mobile Home, 76' X 32', bearing a Serial # of RB03AL6649. Borrowers, being the true and lawful owner of record of the mobile home being mortgaged with the property, declares that it is the borrower's intent that the mobile homes lose their personal nature and become realty. Borrower further declares that the mobile homes shall remain permanently attached as a part of the real property and will not be removed therefrom.
