SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, on February 23, 2001, Terry W. Dosher, and wife, Kami Delana Dosher aka Kami D. Dosher executed a certain Deed of Trust to Trustee for the use and benefit of ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi, on February 26, 2001, in Book DT 1696, Page 447, as Document Number 01-04599 and modified pursuant to the Modification recorded on March 18, 2015, as Document Number 201503932, in Book 3267, at Page 822. WHEREAS, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for RCF 2 Acquisition Trust, the current holder and/or assignee, substituted Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C. as Trustee by instrument recorded in the Chancery Clerk's Office on April 8, 2026 in Book 4234, in Page 344-345, as Document Number 202606937; and WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for RCF 2 Acquisition Trust, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee in said deed of trust, will on June 1, 2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the main front door of the County Courthouse of Jackson County in Pascagoula, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Jackson County, Mississippi, to wit: Lot Forty-Nine (49) Harpersville Subdivision, a subdivision per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6, Page 35, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi, to which specific reference is here made in aid of and as a part of this description. More commonly known as: 3406 Randall, Pascagoula, MS 39581 I will convey only such title as vested in me as Substituted Trustee.
