SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, 12/6/2022, Timothy D. Gilmore and Wanda I. Gilmore, husband and wife executed a certain deed of trust to Krause Title Company,Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Premia Mortgage, LLC DBA Premia Relocation Mortgage which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk's office of Jackson County, State of Mississippi in Instrument No. 202226960 Book 3958 Page 651 and recorded on 12/12/2022; and
WHEREAS, Vylla Solutions, LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated 4/16/2026 and recorded in Instrument No. 202607630 Book 4236 Page 707 the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Vylla Solutions, LLC, as Substituted trustee of Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, Vylla Solutions, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on 6/17/2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.), West Front Door of the Jackson County Courthouse, 3104 Magnolia Street, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567 to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Jackson County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 10, Palmetto Place Subdivision, a subdivision according to the official map or plat on file and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi, in Plat Book 25, at page 59, thereof, reference to which is hereby made in aid and as a part of this description.
Please be advised that the trustee may require entity or trust bidders at this trustee's sale to provide information, documentation and/or certification of the vesting instructions and the data required to be reported pursuant to FinCEN regulations effective for transfers of residential real property to covered transferees on or after March 1, 2026. The required information must be provided to the trustee before a substituted trustee's deed will be issued for covered transfers. The Buyer may be required to pay charges associated with the gathering and reporting of information to FinCEN.
