Bolton executed a deed of trust in favor of Hancock Bank, Beneficiary and Joy Lambert Phillips, Trustee, which deed of trust was recorded in the records of mortgages and deeds of trust on land in the office of the Chancery Clerk for Harrison County, Mississippi, Second Judicial District on June 26, 2013 as instrument number 2013-2332 T-J2 with respect to real property located in Harrison County commonly known as 187 Keesler Circle, Biloxi, MS 39530, and more particularly described herein below, and WHEREAS, Hancock Whitney Bank, formerly known as Hancock Bank, the present owner and holder of the above-described Deed of Trust, has heretofore substituted William P.
