STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, on June 12, 20258, a Deed of Trust was executed by Mark's 247 Laundry, LLC, 1719 North 9th Avenue, Pensacola, MS 32503, to Coast Title Company, LLC, Trustee for the benefit of Prime Capital Investments, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, 4445 Skylark Ln, Cumming, GA 30041, recorded as Instrument No. 2025-0011782-T-J1, Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire debt secured thereby, having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust to Prime Capital Investments, LLC, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, Prime Capital Investments, LLC, having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expenses of sale; NOW, THEREFORE, I, Nicole W.
