PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF WAIVER UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT Mr. Wade Wells with Gulf Marine Solutions has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is requesting to construct two boathouses, two piers, and a bulkhead. The structures will total 4,545 square feet located at a private residence in D'Iberville, Harrison County, MS.
