SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, 7/31/2007, Angella R. Barnes, a married woman Omphroy Letts executed a certain deed of trust to Jay Morris, Attorney Morris & McCalla, Trustee for the benefit of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N. A. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk's office of Jackson County, State of Mississippi in Instrument No. 200730342 Book 2632 Page 311 and recorded on 9/17/2007; and WHEREAS, Vylla Solutions, LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated 4/3/2026 and recorded in Instrument No. 202606724 Book 4233 Page 559 the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Vylla Solutions, LLC, as Substituted trustee of Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale. NOW, THEREFORE, Vylla Solutions, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on 6/3/2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.), West Front Door of the Jackson County Courthouse, 3104 Magnolia Street, Pascagoula, MS 39567 to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Jackson County, State of Mississippi, to-wit: ALL OF LOT 17 IN BLOCK 3 OF THE JACKSON ESTATES SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 3 AT PAGES 45-46 OF THE OFFICIAL JACKSON COUNTY LAND RECORDS, SAID PROPERTY BEING SITUATED IN CLAIM SECTION, 1 TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 6 WEST, JACKSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI. Please be advised that the trustee may require entity or trust bidders at this trustee's sale to provide information, documentation and/or certification of the vesting instructions and the data required to be reported pursuant to FinCEN regulations effective for transfers of residential real property to covered transferees on or after March 1, 2026. The required information must be provided to the trustee before a substituted trustee's deed will be issued for covered transfers.
