The Petition filed against you has initiated a civil action seeking to have OPAL LUCILE SMITH, MARY KENDALL SMITH, JAMES GARY SMITH and the heirs at law of MARY ANGELA LACHAUSSEE, namely, PHILLIP LACHAUSSEE and ALLISON LACHAUSSEE adjudicated and ordered by this Court to be the sole and only heirs-at-law of LESTER GARY SMITH, Deceased, and to have the Last Will and Testament of LESTER GARY SMITH validated, and to have OPAL LUCILE SMITH, MARY KENDALL SMITH, JAMES GARY SMITH, adjudicated as the sole and only legatees under the Last Will and Testament of LESTER GARY SMITH, and further adjudicated as the only individuals claiming any rights, title or interest to the estate of the Deceased, LESTER GARY SMITH, as fully set out in the Petition on file in the Chancery Court of Jackson County, Mississippi.
