Proposals will be received at the office of the Biloxi Housing Authority at 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 no later than Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Proposals may be submitted in-person, by courier and/or mailed so they are received by the BHA prior to the proposal deadline date and time to: Procurement, Biloxi Housing Authority, 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530.
