BILOXI HOUSING AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP#HQS04.26 HOUSING QUALITY STANDARD INSPECTIONS The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, professional individuals or firms to provide Housing Quality Standards inspection services and convert to NSPIRE as the HCV Program dictates. Proposals will be received at the office of the Biloxi Housing Authority at 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 no later than Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Proposals may be submitted in-person, by courier and/or mailed so they are received by the BHA prior to the proposal deadline date and time to: Procurement, Biloxi Housing Authority, 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. The following must appear on the outside of the sealed Proposal Envelope or Package: "RFP#HQS04.26 HOUSING QUALITY STANDARD INSPECTIONS" and the Proposer's name. Proposal packages may be obtained by emailing a request to the following: info@biloxihousing.org. No faxed or emailed proposals or amendments to proposals will be accepted. No proposal will be received after the deadline. The Award will be made using the best value approach and may select a firm or pool of firms.
