SUBTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF JACKSON SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS on November 29, 2023, Terricia Carlisle and Tera Rankins, both single individuals, executed a Deed of Trust in favor of Hancock Whitney Bank, Beneficiary and Joy Lambert Phillips, Trustee which Deed of Trust was recorded in the records of mortgages and deeds of trust on land in the office of the Chancery Clerk for Jackson County, Mississippi on January 2, 2024 in book 4042 at pages 17-30 with respect to real property located in Jackson County, Mississippi commonly known as 6125 Martin Luther King Blvd, Moss Point, MS 39563 and more particularly described herein below, and; WHEREAS, Hancock Whitney Bank formerly known as Hancock Bank, the present owner and holder of the above-described Deed of Trust, has heretofore substituted William P. Wessler as Trustee in said deed of trust by instrument dated March 16, 2026 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office on March 18, 2026 in Book 4228 at Pages 229-230 and; WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and Hancock Whitney Bank, formerly known as Hancock Bank, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, Trustee's fees and expenses of sale; NOW, THEREFORE, I, William P.
