Preston and Amanda Joy Preston (the "Borrowers") executed that certain Deed of Trust in favor of P. This property is to be sold subject to the Deed of Trust referenced above, and recorded as Instrument 2019-10131-T-J1, in the records of the above said Chancery Clerk's office, and the underlying indebtedness secured thereby.
