PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT The Singing River Health System has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is proposing to fill 5.77 acres of non-tidal wetlands in addition to the previously approved 0.49 acres of fill for the construction of medical diagnostic and treatment facilities near Mallett Road in St. Martin, Jackson County, MS.
