NOTICE TO CREDITORS
IN INSOLVENT ESTATE
Notice is given to all Creditors having a claim against the ESTATE OF STEPHEN T. KUHN, deceased, including those creditors who do not have to file, register and probate a claim, pursuant to Mississippi Law.
Pursuant to §91-7-269 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, you are hereby notified to file your claim by the hearing date, (as set out below), and are summoned to appear in the Chancery Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, at 9:00 a.m. on the hearing date on the 6th day of May, 2026, before the Honorable Carter Bise, who will take up such claim or claims for examination and adjudication, and any objections thereto, in the Harrison County Courthouse located at 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501.
It is not necessary for any creditor to re-file with the Clerk of the Chancery Court any claim against the estate of STEPHEN T. KUHN, deceased, that has already been duly probated and registered within the time and manner required by law.
All other claims, unless filed with the Clerk by the day named in the above notice for hearing, shall not be allowed; but lawful claims not required to be probated and registered, which are not filed with the Clerk by the day named in the above Notice, shall not be barred as to any surplus that remains after paying in full all claims allowed by the Court at the Examination and Adjudication hearing date set out above.
