PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT Ernie Chaffin has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is requesting to keep 0.07 acre of unauthorized fill material on non-tidal wetlands and approximately 360 square feet of fill material placed in a previously excavated boat slip. He is proposing to restore two areas of tidally influenced wetland marsh habitat by removing unauthorized fill from those locations. The subject property is located on an unnamed inlet adjacent to St. Louis Bay, Canal Street, Pass Christian, Harrison County, MS.
