PUBLIC NOTICE - AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION RELATIVE TO THE CITY OF BILOXI'S 2026 CDBG ACTION PLAN Notice is hereby given that information relative to the planning, development, and implementation of the City of Biloxi's 2026 Action Plan, a Component of its 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement Program, is available for review as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Information and documents available for review include but are not limited to the following: • CDBG Entitlement General Program Rules and Regulations; • Citizen Participation Plan; and • Residential Anti-Displacement & Relocation Assistance Plan for the City of Biloxi. Information listed above and other records relative to the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and 2026 Action Plan are available at the City of Biloxi Federal Programs Division, located at 214-A Delauney Street in Downtown Biloxi, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
