BILOXI HOUSING AUTHORITY NOTICE OF SALE - SURPLUS PROPERTY The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA), 330 Benachi Ave., Biloxi, MS will be accepting sealed bids on items approved for disposition until April 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. when they will be publicly opened. The BHA will notify bidders whose bids are accepted. The approved items for disposition are as follows: One (1) 2009 Ford E150 Van, Silver; One (1) 2011 Ford F150 Regular Cab, Silver; One (1) 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Silver; One (1) 2018 Dodge ProMaster 2500, Silver. Interested parties should pick up a bid package and view the items at our facility located at above address between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm Monday – Thursday, except holidays. Items will be sold "AS IS" to bidder offering the highest acceptable price that BHA considers Fair Market Value. The BHA reserves the right to reject any and all offers. Payment of all items shall be made by money order, certified check or company check. No personal checks will be accepted. Bidders agree to remove items within 3 business days after acceptance of bid.
