LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF SELECTION OF DEPOSITORY BY THE BILOXI PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT Notice is hereby given to all qualified financial institutions in Harrison County, Mississippi, whose accounts are insured by Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation of the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation, that pursuant to Article 3, Section 9, Chapter 514, Laws 1985, (codified in Sections 37-7-333, 27-105-305, and 27-105-315 of the Mississippi Code, 1972), and such other laws dealing with depositories, sealed and electronic bids will be received and opened by the Biloxi Public School District, Biloxi, Mississippi, on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CDT in the Administration Building, 160 St. Peters Avenue, Biloxi, Mississippi, 39530 for the following: THE PRIVILEGE OF KEEPING THE BILOXI PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT FUNDS, OR ANY PART THEREOF, FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY, 2026, THROUGH JUNE, 2029, OR UNTIL NEW ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE ACCORDING TO LAW. The sealed bids or proposals and/or electronic submissions shall designate the kind of security, as authorized by law, which the financial institutions propose to give as security for the keeping of the funds.
